How Does it Work?

This technology is based on the use of quaternary ammonium silicone compounds (“SIQAC”) as antimicrobial agents, either in solvent or in aqueous and stable solutions.

Making these compounds using a water-based system provides a host of benefits. They are non-flammable and require no solvents for dilution. They require no special handling, are uniformly dispersible on almost any surface, and are simple and economical to use because of their extended shelf-life.

When the ammonium salts react with certain organosilanes, they form an integrated system. Once this system is applied to any surface, it forms an invisible (one molecule deep) and durable (through ion exchange and rapid polymerization) antimicrobial protection.

How will it work?
The technology used for the Anti-Microbial Coating has been proven effective against SARS and other droplet-based viruses. Not only does it kill microbes but also protects the surfaces for up to 90 days.
Why should I choose Hillcross Hygiene?
Our Anti-Microbial Coating inhibits the growth of microbes on surfaces to protect any vehicle, home or workplace from viruses. The treated surfaces will be virus-proof using a globally proven technology that lasts up to 90 days, to help stop the spread of viruses and bacteria.
How do I know it is effective?
Our product is an outstanding Anti-Microbial Coating and in simple words, it forms an optically clear & protective shield that has been proven to be effective against SARS and other droplet-based viruses. We use an antimicrobial efficacy testing solution to check the product is active on the surface.
Will this treatment do any damage to surfaces?
The treatment will not leave any spots or damage the surface. The coating only forms an optically clear & protective shield which in turn hinders the microbial growth on the coated surface.
How is this different than other treatments?
Our revolutionary antimicrobial coating is a much more advanced form of germ-killing process than others. Disinfectant sprays cannot be used on fabric, leather or any porous surfaces. Moreover, disinfectant sprays cannot remain effective for more than 48hrs and the effectiveness on the droplet based virus is much weaker than the antimicrobial coatings. Industrial grade sanitizers remain active for 10 days. These are not effective for droplet-based viruses. Like disinfectant sprays they cannot be applied on porous, leather or fabric surfaces.
Will I get a Certificate?
Hillcross Hygiene will provide you with certification cards of treatment upon completion and testing of our antimicrobial coating on the surface.
